Goji Bowls are the hit of all the bloggers who love breakfast. Forget drinking your health food, it’s all about health in a bowl.

Goji bowls are named after their namesake ingredient Goji Berries. The berries are native to Europe and Asia and now many supermarkets and health stores.

They are a stalwart of traditional Chinese medicines and are packed FULL of Vitamin C, and are said to boost health as well as being highly nutritious and high in antioxidant properties.

Goji Berry & Hemp Acai Bowl

This recipe comes from Nutrition in the Kitch, a blog run by a practicing food nutritionist.

“An Acai Bowl is created when pureed acai berry is blended with other fruits like frozen blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries, and frozen banana. I’m sure there’s thousands of combinations possible but this was the classic one that I chose for these breakfast Acai Bowls.”

This recipe is super easy to follow and looks delicious.

“After blending up the frozen acai and fruit with unsweetened almond milk, I poured the thick, cold smoothie mixture into bowls and went to town with the toppings!”
